Expert and surveyor services

Prof. Rösch from the Expert and Surveyorbureau, as a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the operation and maintenance of railway rolling stock, will be personally available for independent investigations in cases of controversy and damage assessments, as well as valuations.
In case of acquisition or purchase of railway rolling stock fleets we evaluate the condition of the vehicles and the completed maintenance measures. Furthermore, we examine your business processes, evaluate their conformity with customary standards,
and carry through your optimisation projects with our expert advice.

Process appraisal

We assist you in carrying out legal changes in operational procedures and maintenance of railway rolling stock, as well as in management of transport companies. We determine security, quality, effectiveness and efficiency of processes, in appraisals of procedures.

Valuations

We provide valuations if you want to sell or buy rolling stock or if there is a change in the operator of your leasing fleets. We have many years experience in the assessment and identification of vehicle age as well as replacement and current market values.

Damage appraisal

We carry out assessments on the amount of damage to crashed or damaged vehicles. We determine the repair costs in a detailed damage assessment or examine your repair calculations for cost and content.
