The RöschEngineering GmbH & Co. KG further develops the maintenance programs of your vehicles in accordance with DIN-27201-1, manages the necessary safety records and attends to the validation. In addition, part of it includes the introduction of legal maintenance planning and documentation systems. The system planning for depots, workshops and production plants is a further sphere of activity. In the vehicle development area we offer support with design reviews under the umbrella of a construction which is suitable to maintenance. We offer external railway operation manager services for your company, as well as services of an external SMS representative.Optimisation of maintenance programs
We help you to increase the availability of your vehicles and to reduce your maintenance costs.We analyse complex interdependence between operation and transport, railway rolling stock technology, maintenance systems as well as workshop organisation with OptiRail, and determine the potential for improvement. The natural down times of your vehicles will be better exploited and maintenance-related down times will be reduced. We develop flexible maintenance programs with OptiTime and thereby minimise down times. We support you to further develop the maintenance program in conformity with valid rules and legislations. Together with you we carry out an analysis of equal security according to DIN 27201-1 and assist you with the introduction and validation.
Analyses of operational demand
We adapt the maintenance of your vehicles to better suit your actual operational demands. We have developed a method, which - based on an analysis of customer specific operational demands - with the assistance of our tools, OptiRail and OptiTime, generates a maintenance program best fitting your requirements.
Workshop modernisation
We help you to examine your workshop procedures. We have long-standing experience of the optimisation process of rolling stock workshops and develop your procedures in accordance to the applicable rules of technology. We help you to supplement or modernise your workshop equipment. We review the necessary procedures and methods from your maintenance processes and recommend the required workshop technology. We will gladly provide you with our knowledge of the workshop equipment market.
Rolling stock workshop - construction and modernisation
We support you in planning a new workshop or advertising for bids for a new one. Due to our extensive experience in provision and maintenance we offer the basic identification and preliminary planning (customised or as in HOAI Phase 1 and 2) for workshops, complete depots or manufacturing plants. This provides a basis for the following planning stages aligned to your individual processes.Flexible workshop track system
