The RöschConsult GmbH & Co. KG advises the safe and economical organisation of the business processes in the operation and maintenance of railway rolling stock.

A main focus is the establishing of safety managements systems (SMS) according to EC-Guideline 49/EC/2004, as well as an integrated management system in the anticipation of future certifications according to the IRIS-Quality-Standard and for owners and maintenance suppliers of vehicles. In addition the specific assessment tool IRMA was developed. A further emphasis is the support of EVU during the development of transport tenders. In addition, complex calculation tools were developed, which permit efficient variety of evaluations.
